Need to know how to communicate to their employees not talk down on them and intimidate them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued do to the the management take their frustrations out in their employees I feel at least $20 hr for how we are trained and performance and calls we handle on a daily basis
