It is very fast paced. Being in a virtual environment, it does have it's pros and cons. The benefits are excellent as well as the allotted PTO per year. The pay could be better. I could go to Target and get a job starting out for more than I make here.

Honestly, I don't really know them. I have very little interaction with them.

Again, I have very little interaction with anyone due to being a WAH colleague.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I succeed in assisting the ASC with their claim and showing that caring really does count
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that there should be a cost of living increase due to the inflation of prices today. My job takes several skills to be successful and I feel that the value of those skills are not appreciated with the wages we earn.
