Great co-workers. The team leads do their best to make us feel valued, but ultimately, the company structure is very flawed.

We work as a team and give each other appreciation that is lacking from the higher ups.

Like most companies, the higher up the ladder they are, the less they care about you and your well being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is very open on my team, however, my team lead is not taken seriously when voicing our concerns and input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They start you off at a low rate, and their raises do not even match inflation. Essentially you get a pay cut each year. I have been here 2.5 years and only got a total of 5% or $0.80 in raises even though I got very good yearly reviews.
