The work life balance is poor. The workload is excessive and unrealistic. Upper management does consider the employees. It's hard to get an approved day off. The client i was assigned to gas the rudest emoloyees who are allowed to yell and swear at us without consequences.

My particular team lead is a good person, she is leading her team the best way shs sees fit.

My coworkers are the reason I lasted as long as i dis the more senior people indrstand what it is like to be a new employee and they are extremely helpful
