Sedgwick treats their staff terribly, you are just a number to them and your opinions does not matter. They never staff properly everyone is overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. The hire you move in the organization the worse you are treated. Run away!

The best thing about Sedgwick is their PTO and some great coworkers you meet along the way. That is about all they have going for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make impossible matrix for you to achieve so they can rate everyone at "meet expectations"or less at end of year so they don't have to give you the merit increase you deserve. They are industry standard for processing but they are bottom of barrel when it comes to pay. I would not recommend.
