Gene - He is inspiring, motivational, and cares about our workforce. I wish the other executives would attempt to show the same level of empathy, care, and respect.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Showing any empathy would be a great place to start. Then, managers working to develop people and the product and commercialization team could pretend or at least to "Win Together." It feels like multiple technical and non-technical teams walk on eggshells around this specific department.
