Overall it is great! However, as we grow and grow, Sila has to become more competitive in terms of total compensation.

They're all fantastic. Really want to help and talk through hard engineering and science problems.

We have fun and are looking at ways to getting to the crux of the problem.

Being able to work on cool and exciting problems that do not have a solution to them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay. Quantumscape pays Senior Scientist and Engineers a salary of 130-135k starting. Tesla pays 145k. We are somewhere around 100-110k. Quite below the market value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sila is lacking in terms of benefits and total compensation when you compare to other companies of similar size. Those other companies being ones that are working in the EV and EV adjacent space.
