Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came in from the Reflektion Acquisition and didn't get a raise in over 3 years. Obviously not Sitecore's fault. However the 2 or 3% increase we got before is practically nothing considering the increase in cost of living.

We receive always very late the key infirmation to plan and execute at the best. Informations are always in progress and on waiting mode. Emea needs to be more autonomous on resoyrces and services
