It has a unique vibe; sporty yet laid back and driven yet not obnoxious
99% of people genuinely enjoy being at our beautiful office and are passionate about the company; we all value work/life flexibility and the accountability is on you to get your work completed so that you can spend time out of office doing things you love.
Overall, it's pretty laid back. You have the freedom to work in many different environments other than you desk. The CEO likes to hang out and wants everyone to have a good time at work.

Our company embraces the mountain town that we live in, supporting and promoting participation in local organizations and activities. We recently launched our new mission, vision and values which have been very clear and well received by the company.
Culture is work hard play hard. If you get your work done with high quality you have the flexibility to enjoy your life and have fun while working hard.
You get out what you put in. If you work hard and are a person who is naturally happy it's great. If you want to be spoon feed culture "fluff" not the place for you.

Accountability, clear objectives, and better communication.
