they have been significantly upgraded in the last few years and include a group of people that have extensive experience in their areas of expertise--extremely approachable!

Smart group of people that are fun to work with
The team has a great, can-do attitude, and is flexible and willing to adapt quickly to changing business needs. Everyone on the team is passionate about the brand and that drives excellence in what they do in their jobs. They are also interesting and fun to be around outside of work.
The are all extremely dedicated to their jobs
we are a smaller team but we trust one another to get the work done and there is always the ability to ask questions and bounce ideas off of one another
We work hard and play hard. The people I sit next to are the same people I would ski or mountain bike with. We are a high output effective team, and hold each other accountable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Shared passion around music and the outdoors
It has a unique vibe; sporty yet laid back and driven yet not obnoxious
99% of people genuinely enjoy being at our beautiful office and are passionate about the company; we all value work/life flexibility and the accountability is on you to get your work completed so that you can spend time out of office doing things you love.
Overall, it's pretty laid back. You have the freedom to work in many different environments other than you desk. The CEO likes to hang out and wants everyone to have a good time at work.

Working as a team in a fast-paced environment to solve problems that make a difference for the business.
All of it; challenging work, fast paced, good vibe... changes EVERYDAY
that every day changes and can be surprising and challenging when you least expect it, also the fact that we are small enough to really see the impact of some of the changes or decisions that we make
I really enjoy working with our team. I work with a ton of young, talented, like-minded people.
