All employees near my station are kind-hearted and uplifting, They genuinely care about coworkers and their well-being on top of ensuring all responsibilities are done and recognized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel slightly undervalued due to other offers brought to my attention from job seekers in regards to salary. I have stayed because I really enjoy this company.

They take the time to diligently answer any questions or concerns any employee of the company has, as well as take steps to show what they have done to address any issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team knows how to buckle down when needed and they are always very helpful with roadblocks or issues we run into. I feel comfortable coming to them with any questions I may have and have the confidence they can help in any way needed.
