It is fine. I like it here. I can grow. I look elsewhere but other offers are not as good at this time. In the mid level, there is a lack of initiative which is why meetings are terrible. Smarsh could do a lot better on parental benefits. Take what you need is worse than banking PTO.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is clear direction this year. I like that it is becoming more racially and gender diverse. Suzanne in particular has been very effective about getting things done.
