Smarsh is a fast moving company. New C leadership brings big change to the org, not always necessary but all change impacts the org & initiatives that are in flight or planned. Communication from top to bottom doesnt seem to be working & alignment at the top appears off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Alignment with each other on initiatives and their priorities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raise I receive year over year does not often align with my performance rating.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the work done each day I set out to do. When a group of people, who work really hard, solve a challenge
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have had the opportunity to meet some really great people and create life long friendships, I've had the opportunity to learn on the job skills to be successful at the roles I've had.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A yes/no answer is tough. Many of my direct coworkers constantly miss deadlines and aren't held accountable for it. I do enjoy working with the people who get it done & on time OR communicate when they need to miss a deliverable.
