I've been with the company for over 5 years and I've gained valuable experience having not had any before starting. However, it's not clear whether I am maintaining that same growth trajectory or whether I'm part of the companies long term plans.

They work hard and are always helping each other out.

They seem to genuinely care about our people and try to communicate with the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We went through market adjustments, which made it much closer, but still not what I could get elsewhere.
