In my experience this company cares about people. Smarsh at its worst is other companies at their best. I love this job and the people I work with. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my job.

There are certain members of my team that make my job harder.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance that Smarsh offers is incomparable. Regardless of any issues I have had it is an amazing company to work for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told my income was adjusted in a way that does not reflect the rest of the company. I find this very unfair as I feel I should be paid the same as everyone else doing the same work.
