Smarsh has been good to me, it is made difficult by lack of structure around product documentation and training.

I am learning all the time, i enjoy speaking to customers, spending time with customers.

My manager is honest and you know what he expects of you as a member of his team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me my basic salary is good as i only joined in July 2019. We will see when it comes to pay rises.
