I love being at Smarsh, its just very difficult right now. I hope that the company learns from its missteps and continues to grow in the correct direction.

Being with my team and when I can make something happen for a customer
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO-I dont make use of it that often, but its nice not to have to budget.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel valued within my team, but its clear that the rest of the company can have trouble working together-very much a jump without looking mentality that my department is left to clean up. I do see progress in the correct direction, so I am hopeful
