The team seems to get on well and moral is getting better slowly.

That everyone seems to get along, it's easy to network and get to know people with the happy hours and events that happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to earn a higher base wage along with understanding the commission plan more. I would also like to understand what compensation to expect if I were to move teams internally.
