Our team always puts human beings first. We understand that work is a part of life, not our entire life. We value results over looking busy or time spent at the office and trust each other to do our best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's taken some time and there's always room for growth, but our leadership team has taken our feedback and actually made large, beneficial structural changes to how we work. Transparency into decision making has dramatically increased during my time at Smarsh.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Smarsh is an environment where you can grow your career, no matter where you are in your career. If you make it known you want to do something, and show you are capable, you will likely end up doing what you want.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility makes me the most happy at work. What I need to do my best at my job can change day to day, so it's really beneficial for me and my work product to have the ability to take a break or work remotely when I need to.
