We have open communication, and all teams work well together.

The healthcare is nice, and I appreciate the added bonus incentives

Rate of pay is a below median average for similar jobs. and cost of living in the city.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm constantly given positive feedback, helped with my growth as a rep and feel like I am learning more all the time.

Open Communication, educated, able to work on things they don't know and get answers when I need. They care about me as a person.

We work together to build tribal knowlege, support the company culture, and communicate in effective ways. we have fun together as well and work to resolve issues efficiently.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm Challenged every day to learn more, and succeed. I am supported in this by my colleagues and management. I feel I can grow as an employee and a person with Smarsh.

We care about our clients, and do everything we can to help them. The company cares about it's employees as well. We are people focused, inclusive, and driven to succeed. The environment is relaxed, accepting, and more focused on how you do your job successfully, not how you look, or corp culture
