It's amazing how a small (or at least was small!) software company can being such joy to the betterment of one's life. I get so much out of working for such a great company. Culture is everything, and Smarsh literally drips with it. From the people to the problem solving it's hard to look elsewhere.

Smarsh understands talent. Finding the right talent, and recognizing when good talent performs well. Being apart of a company that works together towards a common goal is a refreshing experience that entices me to remain and advance here for a very long time.

I would say the pay and commission itself. I am compensated very fairly.

There is a great level of transparency. They have a very human understanding about them.

Successfully winning deals of course brings me happiness. Solving challenging problems is also very rewarding.

Smarsh is very good at weeding out the lackluster employees. Very good at honing in on excellent talet.

They don't feel so "higher up". They feel down to earth, and easy to explain situations, issues, and stories with.

The level of urgency to WIN. Our team is very committed to informing and providing customers with the best solutions we can recommend.

Well it helps when we are the leader in our space. Having amazing teams and products brings a huge level of positivity to the company.
