Horrible, I was about to start looking for my next jobs at 3 months. Its gotten better since, but its hard to own such a large area that you know nothing about and there's no one around to ask because they all left. And the general answer is "play" and figure it out, but don't cause an outage.

We're a team and willing to help each other figure out all the things we don't know
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a very deep hole to dig ourselves out of, and we keep getting hit by problems, and way too many priorities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
United Health Care is one of the lesser companies health care companies. Many of the providers I used to use won't do business with United Health Care. So I guess its that I have coverage and won't have to pay a fine to the government for not having coverage
