Caring about their coworkers more and their productivity a bit less.

Everyone on my team is highly skilled, good natured, and motivated to help others.

I can't say there's anything spectacular about it. I'd expect the same anywhere I work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Stability. The company will never go under because the product is required by laws and regulations.

I feel like we have a relatively relaxed environment. We currently don't have any severely toxic personalities either.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and genuine involvement and understanding about key projects and initiatives at the company. Our leadership mostly feels like absentee parents.
