I am well supported. I am encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and am given credit for those ideas if they're put into play.

I make a difference here. I contribute to the growth and success of my role, my department, and the company overall. Aaanndd the money is great too!

We're a friendly bunch, and relaxed when talking with each other. I can be myself and don't have to do 'corporate speak'. I can be my authentic self at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides the great pay, it's the sick leave - it's take what you need. This means I don't have to worry about having to come in when I'm not well or something is going on with my family that I need to be there for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're a well established company of 20 years, but still have that great 'startup' feel - the C-Suite knows even the entry level folks by first name. Even if you're in an entry level role, if you have a good idea, they'll let you run with it to give it a try.
