The executive team has established the company goals and directions for the future. They have set goals to help achieve the company's success for the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesn't pay based on contributions and production an employee brings to the organization. So...you have new employees making $10K plus per year more than employees who've been with the company for years. So senior employees have no value in the organization...it seems.
