I feel the team is transparent
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have great people who care. It can be hard determining who to go to and when, especially with so many new team member coming in and out of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are times when it feels like I'm on an island with issues that go beyond my department. We need clearer processes. I don't know that non-customer facing teams fully understand the challenge of working with customer and not having anything to offer in terms of answers.
