As with any company this size there are ups and downs, but overall it's been fantastic, even after the new car smell wore off. C-Level is honest and straight-forward, my direct manager takes an active interest in my work-life balance and making sure needs are met. It's not paradise, but it's close.

They are open an straight-forward. They have an open-door policy that is truly, legitimately open-door and not just lip service to the idea.

The salary, Hands down. The rest is good - not the best I've ever had but above average for a company this size.

Commitment to each other, the willingness to help and call out when someone is not pulling their weight or, conversely, when someone is taking on more than their fair share.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving difficult problems for customers and getting them to a point where our software is a tool and whatever problems they were having are resolved so it's not a problematic tool or barrier to their day-to-day job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They recognize the value of the employees as an asset, and genuinely work to recruit and retain employees who have value. They work to show how every employee can contribute to success or failure, and truly make us feel invested in the welfare of the company.
