The “sales” aspect and being punished for people not having money on them that day after offering a “free” everything, also being told what to do constantly no matter what you’re doing at that moment, and hours being taken away and false info from the beginning

The department i currently work in seems to get the short end of the stick. Instead of giving answers as to why something is happening its thrown in our faces that "We are paid pretty well". All departments should be treated fair across the board and not just production.

I always wanted to work for Smile Direct Club and finally, I did. So excited I was finally accepted, but then this turns out to be not what everyone's is expecting. Had some issues with coworkers and leads that try to bring you down almost like harassment at a point I need psychological help.
