What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?we're team oriented and lots of smart and ambitious people
What is the best part about your compensation package?equity/ownership and one medical and the maternity leave
What do you like best about the leadership team? The team transparency and optimistic outlook towards the company's mission. They instill a positive mindset and get us excited about where the company is going.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better processes across orgs and investment in personal development
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The company functions in start up mode whilst in reality it should start acting like the size company they are. Better processes and collaborations with teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued, but there have been changes in leadership, and what may have been the standard in past leadership is not the standard currently. The leveling feels off and kind of felt like I got the short end of the stick.
