What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. Bonuses and commissions. Paid time off (holidays and vacation and sick days) Medical, dental (HMO)

Philippine Holiday is paid. Also, there's a night differential for the night shift.

It would be a big help if there would also be an additional allowance for electricity.
