They are always there for support or questions about the daily job
Very approachable kind and professional
Motivational, caring and empowering. The right amount of 'pressure'

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, pension contributions, dental and medical insurance
The bonus on sales could be crazy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish i was taught more as i love learning new things and i wish the pay was a little higher
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are like family right now
Always stick together. We always offer support if somebody is struggling ans we always remain calm
we work together as a team to achieve a common goal
We are like family and get along
Like a family, everyone is treated fairly and given equal opportunity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stand up for themselves and join a union

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
supportive and friendly through every one
Its bright and quite a bubbly place to be and it never fails to enlighten me
Always happy and upbeat and fun
Everyone is treated fairly and equally and given the opportunity to have input into what direction the store is taking and how things are to be implmented
