What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how much our stylist can make just on the hour for working 70 hrs a payperiod they get paid $1 more and then on sat and sundays they also get paid $2 extra an hr for that day! that drive the stylist in my eyes! Then on plus of that they can make commission!!! :)
