What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appriciate the bonuses. Our owners put these in place that we have to work and work hard for them. I feel it pushes us to worker harder and challenge ourselves more.

One thing I love about our team is for the most ort we all get along. We all look out for eachother at work and outta work. I truly have always felt this team as family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is always finding ways to keep us setting goals and reaching them. We all look out for eachother as a team and make sure were all hitting numbers and reaching our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of our clients are respectful and if mistakes happen in the system scheduling or app they are very understanding. Our clients have their best interest at heart with the enployees to weather its helping us hit numbers or chearing us up for the day. There alway there to help with the smile.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about going to work because even though were working our team makes sure to make the best of our day. We always do the best to find ways to keep our clients happy and all of us happy all day. We pick eachother up. We truly are a family and that is what makes going to work the best.
