My team has become my family, we lift each other through the hard times even when the hard times feel impossible to overcome. I love my team more than words can describe!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because we provide so much service and we clearly gladly do it. We work extremely hard because we love our jobs however, i feel taken advantage of. We push ourselves to extreme limits for not enough compensation.
