They work so hard! I am so incredibly proud of how much they work and do! They go above in beyond for eachother and the clients!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an assistant manager along with being with the company for 3 years and i make about the same wage as my fellow girls it'd be nice to make just a bit more on top of it'd be nice to have paid vacation yearly even if its just a few days to week of vaca.
What makes you most happy at work?
My amazing manager, honestly don't know what I'd do or where I would be with out her! She is truly the best! I've stuck by this company,my team and our clients mainly for her due to she is always there for me, has my back and does everything in her power to make sure we are taken care of!
