We all relatively get along and we dont leave tasks on the next shift. Everyone helps keep our store running and if something comes up in our personal lives, our team works together to help everyone out
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I get along with most of them, people just need to realize we are a company and not out for ourselves. We work as a team and if one person is bringing down the team the clients will feel that energy.
