When I first started I loved it and loved it for the 2 years I was working under Lisa, now I feel like I am just a number and have never met the owner I am very disappointed with the quality of the company and store and how much it has declined in the last year I only stay for my clients & coworkers

Coworkers taking care of each other and helping out when we need it most

They are all so supportive and even when upper management fails to keep us happy we make it up to each other by being each other?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to love it until new management took into account. Area coach and manager do not know how to do their jobs and none of them communicate or convey the responsibilities that are required of us correctly or change their minds all the time and treat us like we are a nuisance
