I have been with this company for a little over 10 years and I have grown so much through my time with Sport Clips. Working here has allowed me the flexibility to finish college and advance using my degree. I now get to help people grow in their careers and it's so rewarding!

Ive been committed to Sport Clips for over 10 years now and I think that says a lot. I have grown up in this company and as I have matured and changed the company has provided me growth opportunities all along the way.

The team I work with is my favorite part of my job! They are like family to me!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We make more money on the weekends and evenings and also for working full time which I love. We also get full benefits, PTO, and longevity bonuses plus hourly increases at 1/3/5/10 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team I work with are tuly invested in the growth and success of each of us! They provide opportunities and paths for us to make Sport Clips more than just another job, but a career!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working for a franchise can be challenging because you have your immediate leadership team, then you have the corporate leadership team. My immediate leadership team invests in me and my personal growth. Corporate leadership is flawed in my opinion due to lack of accountability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is truly the best part of my job. The only downside is the Team Members who consistently call in and leave the team hanging. With staffing shortages it is difficult to terminate people as it leaves us short, but working with unreliable people puts a strain on the dependable team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Before Sport Clips I had never worked for a place that offered PTO, so that was a huge thing for me. A Stylist can make excellent money, it is all about how hard you want to hustle. You really have the opportunity to make as much as you want. You're in control of your own success which is great!
