My interview process was quick and easy! My manager was very understanding and accommodating to my schedule and understood the importance of work and life balance.

Everyone feels like they are cheering you on to be your best. You are fully supported in your goals here and everyone makes you feel important, equal and valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work during training and development opportunities, or when i am able to participate in marketing and ambassador events. I really enjoy promoting sportclips as a great place to work as well educating and teaching.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the opportunity to determine your pay with the commissioning tier. However, I wish it was not as difficult to achieve. I wish it gave more opportunity to be paid for your individual strengths and categories rather than lumping all the requirements into one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership within Sportclips has been vital to my success. They take the time to train and develop each team member to work together as a whole team striving towards success. They make each one of us feel included, important and a necessary asset to our team.
