Getting to interact woth new people everyday and make them feel good about them selves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we shoud all start at a wage of $15/ hour. We all paid around 20k for school and employees at companies like Chick-fil-A and targert are making $15-$17/ hour with no education needed. I feel as inflation is going up our wages should as well.
