They care! I dont go a day without someone asking me how im doing, and our truly interested in my answer.

They want to see you succeed. They invest in theor team all the way from the ownersnto the managera in the store.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our owners paid us while the stores were shut down during covid. Not just our base but our commission and tips as well. 50% match 401k
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its all about team work! And I have the ability to make a difference in someones day.... EVERYDAY I GO TO WORK. Not many people can say that.
