My own team is great. Overall culture feels like lip service. We talk about how great it is, but in reality, people are burned out and defeated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication from Leadership would help us all better understand company goals as it feels like they change almost daily. Talk to employees to find out what culture means to them and how to build it. Get resources for ppl - tools, programs, backups for ppl & ensure current tools actually work
