I was very nervous coming on as a new coach from an AD territory, but so far I feel it has been the best move of my career I love what I do and cannot wait to grow more with the Sport Clips.

Interaction, teaching the teams working with the team leaders and learning new things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A company card instead of expensifying things i am going into debit paying for trips as a coach
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how i can make my own schedule and still have a family life. as a previous manager I never had that. I also wish there was more training for the newer coaches
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has my back, Nina and the rest of my crew all care about each other and it was a right away feeling not something that grew. i know i can go to them for help which is nice
