I feel at this point my salary is fair and Sport Clips does a good job of making sure they stay competitive in this area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is involved in the day to day, cares about the team as well as team members on an individual basis and makes me feel at any point I could reach out in the event I would ever need to.
