What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy is great and interactions are very congenial. People truly care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is engaging and truly cares about one another. I do not feel like a cog in the machine with this group.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the change to fully explain my background and vision for my career, as well as how those would mutually benefit SCI and myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very valued as an employee, and I feel I am compensated fairly. However, I would like to see insurance costs a little lower, and I would like to see some sort of avenue towards investment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable and engaging. I feel like I truly have a connection and avenue to the information about how our company is doing, what we are focusing on, and how we wish to progress in the coming year.
