The Sport Clips Leadership team is guided by the Sport Clips core values and does a great job keeping their teams focused on a few key initiatives. They do a great job communicating key initiatives and the key focus each quarter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I always enjoy the pep rallies and team building events. I also appreciate our President who cooks BBQ and brings to the office for team members to enjoy. We company has "Food Truck" days and provides lunch for team members. Fun gifts at Christmas party and $$ for birthday and anniversaries.
