Hire more staff and let me have some weekends off please!!!

Sport Clips is fun, fast, and I make some money ... but we need more help in our stores now!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel we are getting the middle to below average stylists who are cast off from Great Clips and Fantastic Sams in my area. Where are all the stylists who want to work ... not just have a job!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want to work a fair schedule ... I can't work every weekend. We need to hire more staff ... Sport Clips needs to help Franchisee's attract and keep more staff and work more closely with schools in my area.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This entire franchise is at risk unless SCI can help Franchisee's hire more qualified and capable stylists. Hiring is nearly impossible in many retail / service industries and Cosmetology is being hit incredibly hard. Sport Clips needs to do more now or more stores will be closing every month!!!
