My experience has been very positive. I advanced quickly to the role I was wanting to be in. I have been trained well in all positions I have worked in. I have fun at work and have made some really great friends along the way.

Less expensive health insurance. Offer a retirement plan.

Interacting with other team members and being able to pass along my positive energy every day.

That we all get along. There is minimal drama. Everyone is treated fairly and their opinion matters.

My interviewer didn't ask typical interview questions and really took the time to get to know me, my goals, and aspirations for my career.

The high-level thinking, the team work, the value each team member brings to the table, the communication, and the personal relationships we are able to build.

Culture starts at the top and trickles down. We teach positive culture in our classes and everyone in the company lives by our values and standards.

Sport Clips brags about being a premium brand and staying ahead of the curve when it comes to compensation, however they don't practice that with all positions.

Being able to share my passion with others. Helping others. Being able to use my natural skill set to help other people. Feeling like a valuable part of a team.
