The negative attitude of our leader needs to change. Appreciate how hard everyone is working, don't assume the worst of your people, celebrate the wins, support instead of criticize, offer constructive feedback instead of bullying and belittling. Trust and believe we are all doing our best.
Received low 1-2% raises yearly, getting lower bonuses than previous years when Gordon was our leader, requests for cost of living pay increase was ignored, treated like "the help", focus is only on what is going wrong, asked to do more & more. Do the opposite of all of this and everyone will win
