I am actually froends with my coworkers. We would hang out even if we didnt work together.

"Family" small company feel even though we're bigger now. Been here a long time and that has never changed.

We are "family." Not just coworkers. If I didn't work here I would still want to spend time with the people. It is really an unusually excellent culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done! I am empowered to set goals and achieve them. I love success, so seeing the wins is fun for me. The company also feels like there is much more to it than the numbers though, very close relationships.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair. If I achieve my outcomes and follow the Sport Clips Values I am well rewarded. They are generous and fair, so if I do my part I get what I feel I deserve. We took a pay cut during the govt mandated shutdowns, but the company is working hard to make us whole as a priority, in progress.
